Public Sector

Telemaster has acted for and advised all types of public sector bodies, including hospital trusts, education establishments, ambulance trusts, and particularly fire and police authorities. Some of the work undertaken has included termination of defective management contracts and renegotiation of poor leases.

Telemaster in particular works with police and fire authorities, where it has been involved in the rollout of the new Tetra police emergency network, which is now being extended to the fire service. It also advises fire and police authorities in all areas of coms infrastructure management. Telemaster understands the public sector’s requirement to maximise revenue. It also has many years of experience in removing operators from brownfield sites in readiness for sale and or redevelopment.


Private Sector

Telemaster acts for the full range of clients in the private sector; from commercial landlords to rural landowners. Telemaster understands that each has different priorities where communications installations are concerned; Telemaster is careful to adapt its approach to the operators so as to take these into account.

In addition, Telemaster works with developers to remove operators from land it is purchasing or holds to gain vacant possession of the land before development commences. Telemaster understands the issues of blight, caused by some masts & towers on prime brownfield development land.
