CONSULTANCY

Where a landowner has its own in-house legal and surveyor team, it may not require Telemaster to undertake any of the services listed, but may still need advice. Telemaster can provide consultancy services in such circumstances, at an hourly rate. Such consultancy might involve assisting in-house teams, advice on particular issues that need consideration and documentation, and hints on the best way to get the best results.

Telemaster can also provide consultancy advice on an ad hoc basis. This might be of interest particularly in the public sector, for example where a public authority is deciding what future strategy and approach it will adopt when approached by telecommunications operators requiring additional sites on public sector owned properties. The advice given by Telemaster might cover issues such as health (Telemaster can provide up-to-date reports on current research into the issue, and can arrange monitoring of emissions on telecoms sites); technological developments within the telecoms industry and potential issues for the future; overviews on the impact any existing installations might have on an authority’s future plans for its property portfolio and practical advice on the best way of achieving vacant possession should an authority be considering major reorganisation.

Telemaster can also arrange where required for operators themselves to provide input to any discussion and can suggest ways of minimising public opposition to any proposed new installations.
