DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Landlords may not be able to agree mutually agreeable terms at lease renewal or a revised rent at rent review. Telemaster is able to advise landlords whether their case is strong enough to merit taking the matter to Court or applying to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) for the appointment of an Arbitrator or Independent Expert. We have the expertise to act as an Expert Witness and prepare the necessary submissions for and on behalf of landlords.
Telemaster is also able to act as Independent Experts as one of its Directors is a member of the President's panel of Independent Experts at the RICS
