Landowners with existing operator tenants are often keen for more. Telemaster will liaise to facilitate any preliminary tests required by the operators, and should the site be selected, can negotiate terms for an eventual installation on behalf of the landowner, or advise him on the issues that he needs to consider should he wish to negotiate direct.

Where an owner is selling his own mast sites, or property on which an operator has erected a mast, Telemaster can ensure that sale particulars are brought to the attention of the group of specialist investors interested in such masts and prepared to pay highly to acquire them. If the mast installation is incidental to the sale of the land (a "greenfield" (freestanding) structure in one corner or to the side of a much larger area), the value of the whole could well be significantly improved by selling the mast separately from the remainder. Telemaster can advise on the likely difference in values in this scenario and others to enable maximum sale value to be achieved. Telemaster can also ensure that legal documentation is drawn up for the sale and transfer of both parts to include the rights and reservations that the owner and users of the mast will need over the remaining land if they are to continue to operate, or to reflect whatever other stratagem Telemaster may have suggested and an owner decided to follow.
