PROJECT MANAGEMENT

A public sector or corporate landowner with its own network may need to build, move, remove, or undertake substantial maintenance to its own masts. It may need to provide an alternative site and/or mast structure where operators need to be relocated to enable removal of the original for development or otherwise. In these ‘lift and shift’ circumstances, to retain control of costs, planning and construction timetables, it may be preferable for an owner to take responsibility for the alternative mast structure.

Telemaster have expertise in the planning, design, build and decommissioning of such structures.

Alternatively, Telemaster can itself take on a project management role on behalf of an owner. As project manager it will ensure that the entire process, from conception through design, planning and build, is achieved competently, to include negotiation of way leaves and easements for necessary cabling and all legal documentation.
